horita is the diminutive form of the word hora, which means hour. So you can say
"Voy estar en 3 horitas."
Which means, "I'll be there in 3 hours (diminutive)"
The "ita/ito" makes a noun smaller or cuter. In this case, an hour can't be made smaller, so if someone tries use the diminutive form on an hour, they're trying to say hour, but in a cute way. If you're speaking to a 5 years old, and you speak all cute, you can say, "Vamos a llegar en tres horitas." "We'll be there in 3 hours [said in a cute way]"
you could also be trying to say "ahorita" which is kind of a crazy word because depending on what country you're from is going to mean different things.
ahorita for some people means "right now."
ahorita in other hispanic countries can mean "I'll do it soon, but not now."
So, depending on the country the Spanish-speaker is from, the word can mean opposite things.
Now, for the other sentences:
im sorry but i dont understand what your saying
"Lo siento, pero no entiendo lo que est谩s diciendo."
will you teach me spanish

who are you going to get married too?
"驴Con quien te vas a casar?"
maybe
"tal vez" or "quiz谩s"
whatever
"lo que sea" [note that there is no equivalence to the ubiquitous, American, Valley-girl expression of "whatever." This just means, whatever in the non-interjectory way]
