http://translation2.paralink.com/ is what I use all the time. I find it fairly accurate.
Google is the best.

go to www.google.com

then click on "Language Tools" . Its next to the "Im feeling lucky" button



Then just type whatever in the Translation box, select "English to Spanish" and press translate.
any site is good, o would sugest google translator or babel fish but translators only do word for word and not sentences, for a sentence you would have to look in a english to spanish dictionary and it will tell you how the words will be written and in what order!
