How would you translate this Spanish into english?

"vos que a las minas [mujeres] ten铆as ah铆, solo quedaste y eso fue por dormir."



can someone please tell me how to say this sentence in english carrying the same meaning (not translated literally becuase that won't make sense).How would you translate this Spanish into english?
"You, who had there the women, have been left alone, and this happened because you were sleeping"



note this is Argentinian speech: "vos" means you, and "mina" means "girl" or "woman"How would you translate this Spanish into english?
It is a proverb that says "You that had all the women, ended alone because you fell asleep". This could also be refereed to as "minas"

which means money or riches all lost because of laziness. The reference to mujeres means women.
