Translate English to Spanish " What are you doing May 25 or Memorial Day?" Prefer Mexian SPanish or Common Way

Don't translate it directly, I want it said the way a native speaker would say it, prefer Mexican spanish or most common way.Translate English to Spanish " What are you doing May 25 or Memorial Day?" Prefer Mexian SPanish or Common Way
驴Qu茅 vas a hacer el 25 (veinticinco) de mayo?

If you are talking to a group of two or more, it would be

驴Qu茅 van a hacer el veinticinco de mayo?

And there IS a difference if you were in Spain (for a group of friends).

And if the person you are speaking to is a formal situation (Ud.) but just one person, it麓s:

驴Qu茅 va Ud. a hacer el veinticinco de mayo?

and if you want to specify Memorial Day, just say that in English. It isn't el D铆a de Veteranos, that is Nov. 11.

El D铆a de Memoria would be the best translation, and, yes, a Mexican would probably understand this, even one that didn麓t live in the US, just as we understand what Three Kings麓 Day and D铆a de los Muertos are.
u prefer Mexican spanish?? do u realize that is not correct to ask that?? there are many other countries in latin america and europe where spanish is spoken... it's like saying if i were to ask u, do u speak new york english? please THINk before u ask a question like that next time

Each of the Spanish speaking countries have their own idioms and phrases that are different . . . the asker was not trying to be insulting . . . she was actually trying to be respectful and show she was aware of the differences.

I would say

... 驴 Qu茅 van hacer el veinte y cinco(25) de Mayo ?

OR

.. 驴 Qu茅 van hacer el veinte y cinco de Mayo, el dia de los veteranos ?

If they live in the U.S. they'll be familiar with Memorial Day although I put Veterans day because 'dia de memoria' would mean Memory Day
Que vas a hacer el 25 de Mayo, el dia de Memorial Day?

I wouldn't translate Memorial Day because there is no direct/literal translation - as in Mexico is not celebrated.
if u dont want it the way people say it ... no need asking... its all the same...

"Cu谩les son usted que hace de mayo el 25 o d铆a conmemorativo?"
