What does "La Fuente de Fritada" translate from Spanish to English as?

I know that La Fuente literally means "source" or "fountain" and Fritada literally means "fried dish," but what does the phrase holistically translate over to English as? How would it make sense in English??What does "La Fuente de Fritada" translate from Spanish to English as?
Well there are another completely different translation than can be of use for you, if capital letters are not important. It is related to cooking..

"Fuente" also means 'platter', and "fritada" is the name of a recipe very popular in several areas in Spain, just a mix of fried vegetables, (fritada derives from "freir" - to fry-, participle:"frito, frita")

Hence, "La fuente de fritada" means 'The plater of fried vegetables'

But if the capital F is important, meaning a place or a person's name, then it will translate simply as "The fountain of Fritada"

I hope it helps.
Well I tried like every single translation site but most of them also gave me the source of fritada but I tried a site called InterTran and it said it means her fountainhead of fry. I think that might be it but i'm unsure
